- Free Shipping on orders over $35 to the continental US. We'll ship out your products using the fastest and most reliable method possible. If you have a preference between FEDEX or USPS, please leave a note in the Comments section while checking out. Most people will receive their shipments within 3-5 business days, but due to transit issues out of our control, we can't guarantee package arrival dates unless you opt for one of our expedited services.
- Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you've received a product and are unhappy, you are free to return the item to us up to 365-days after the purchase date in original, unopened and unused condition.
- Please note:
- Personal Care Products must be unused / unopened in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
- Products with broken tamper seals cannot be returned
- Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
- If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for a same product replacement
- If you change your mind about a product, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges
- Pricing & Promotions
- Promotional codes are offered to RoyalShave newsletter subscribers and also available at select websites. Promotional codes contain no cash value and must be surrendered at the time orders are placed. Codes cannot be applied on previous purchases and are not valid after the expiration date. The value of promotional codes are not applied toward tax or delivery charges. Limit 1 promotional code per transaction.
